Rapid Transfer Port (RTP)
The transfer of material in & out of isolators requires specific technologies. This is also known as RTP or Alpha – Beta transfer ports. This transfer solution is now widely used for transfer of aseptic or toxic products in isolators.
The transfer system enable the user to introduce material into or to extract material from a closed barrier or to connect two devices with identical environments (e.g. isolators) without affecting their ambient characteristic.

Split Butterfly Valve
Split Butterfly Valve (SBV) or Containment Valve.
Provides a safe method of transferring product from one container or process vessel to another.
Transfer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients protection. Many different forms of 'Containment' are adopted within Pharmaceutical and Chemical manufacturing to create a barrier between the operator and the product being handled or processed.

Manual Butterfly Valve
These on–off valves are hygienic on/off valves for use with low and medium viscosity liquids in personal care biotech and pharmaceutical. Manual Butterfly Valves are economical on–off routing valves, available for either automatic or manually operated system. Due to their large opening areas these stainless steel valves offer low flow resistant allow for reversible flow direction and provide gentle treatment of low and medium viscosity product.

ON-OFF Valve
The standard handle has a spring – locking action. Flange type butterfly valves special version that makes it easy to remove that valve body without needing to dismantle piping set-ups. This in turn makes it easy to undertake repair service & replacement with a bare minimum of discruption.
